Picnic Kit: Totally portable can be used without damaging a refrigerator and also used without a refrigerator. This kit is our lowest price kit and can be easily converted to either a faucet or tower kit if the need arises.
Regulator: The new style commercial TapRite with auto pressure release incorporates the best features of the many other brands of regulators that we sell, but is offered at an affordable price. It has a new adjustment knob that allows pressure to be easily adjusted by hand (no tool required!). The shut-off valves are ball type check valves that prevent beer back-up into the regulator. Regulator has a maximum pressure safety system (blow off at 55 to 60 PSI.) The permanent seal at the inlet nipple provides enhanced protection of leaks and the O-ring setup on the tank side eliminates the need for fiber washers upon refill. Heavy duty dual gauges. The two-way gas manifold has check-valves that will maintain pressure regardless of your CO2 tank pressure level and will not allow for bleed through from attached kegs at higher or lower pressures.
This double gauge regulator has one gauge to assist you in supplying the correct amount of pressure through the lines and a second gauge to let you know when it is time to trade the Co2 tank in for a full one. Believe us – nothing spoils the party quicker than running out of Co2 after the CO2 gas stores have closed.
US Sankey Lever Handle Coupler/Tap: That’s right just like real bars use! This coupler features a 55-psi pressure relief valve and a forged brass body. To “tap the keg” all you do is pull out, twist, and then press down on the lever handle to properly couple the keg. Our competition likes to cut corners here by using plastic “wing handled” couplers that are very fragile. Our Lever Handle model won’t break the first time someone “checks” to see if the keg is “floated” by pulling on the tap like a “wing handled” tap will. Also the KAM-Loc Keg lock feature ends unexpected spray of beer or loss of gas and the guided Kam-Loc arm prevents the tap from being removed from keg with the probe in the tapped position. The next keg cannot be tapped with the probe in the “down” or “tapped” position. This tap is compatible with most US domestic beers.
Picnic Faucet: 3 foot hose with coupling nut at one end and a squeeze faucet at the other.
OPTIONAL 5 Lb Aluminum CO2 Cylinder: Brand new tank manufactured in 2009. This tank will not need to be hydrostatically tested for 5 years. All of our CO2 cylinders are produced from high strength aluminum alloy 6061-T6. This particular tank is popular because it is not as heavy as a comparably sized steel tank and will not rust because of its corrosion resistant interior and exterior. The service pressure is up to 1800 PSI/124 BAR with a test pressure of 3000 PSI/207 BAR. These cylinders have been independently tested over 100,000 cycles and are stamped with required U.S. Department of Transportation and Transport Canada Markings. The 320 Valves are CGA approved, and have a 1.125-12 UNF-2B male thread designed for use with CO2 Regulators. 2.5, 10, & 15 lb CO2 tanks are also available as an option.
